We're sorry to see you go. If you decide to delete your SupaMemory account, we've made the process straightforward.

How to delete your account

To delete your SupaMemory account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.

Important: Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. Once we receive your request, your account and all saved bookmarks will be permanently deleted within 3 business days.

What data will be deleted?

Upon processing your deletion request, the following will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your profile information (name, email).
  • All saved bookmarks and their associated metadata.
  • All AI-generated categories and insights.
  • Any synchronization data across platforms.

This action cannot be undone.
